You’ll find our corporate headquarters in Independence, Ohio, just 20 minutes south of Cleveland. But the majority of our employees are spread out over the Midwest and the Carolinas. You’ll find our Redwood Neighborhood teams on-site helping out residents, finding prospective residents their perfect new homes, and often, they live at our neighborhoods as well!

Types of Positions at Redwood

Neighborhood Manager

Each Redwood Neighborhood has a Neighborhood Manager who is the primary leasing and management team member. The Neighborhood Manager is expected to manage all aspects of the neighborhood, including sales and leasing, customer service and resident relations, and providing an overall remarkable experience for all prospective and current residents, vendors, and Redwood stakeholders. A Leasing Professional may report to the Neighborhood Manager, as well as the neighborhood’s Service Technician.

Leasing Professional

Reporting to the Neighborhood Manager of their assigned neighborhood, each Leasing Professional is responsible for high-volume leasing, local marketing, and providing an exceptional experience for the neighborhood’s residents. Leasing Professionals assist with daily leasing—showing the model to prospective residents, following up with both current and future residents, and generally helping anyone needing assistance have a great experience. Not all neighborhoods have a Leasing Professional, depending on their size.

Service Technician

Each Redwood Neighborhood will have a Service Technician whose primary responsibilities involve performing routine and general maintenance on the facilities, buildings, and equipment at the neighborhood. An aspect of the Service Technician role involves customer service and communication. Service Technicians will enter residents’ homes to make repairs and will be expected to handle repairs and communications with residents in a manner that promotes the best resident experience possible.

Corporate Positions

Redwood's corporate office is located in Independence, Ohio, where departments like accounting and finance, human resources, marketing, acquisitions, construction, investor relations, and IT work.
