I just moved to Redwood Shelby Twp. Lonnie was beyond amazing! I can’t thank him enough for making this transaction so smooth that my family and I are beyond happy for this. Lonnie needs recognition as a leader and a professional at what he does, I hope during our stay at Redwood Shelby exceeds our expectations until the end of our term. Redwood Shelby Township is a neighborhood style appartment living community. Everything is treated the same way a normal appartment would be but in the style of single story home living. I have yet to make a maintenance request but I've never heard any complaints from other residents about the maintenance team, everyone always has good things to say about them. I've dealt with Lonnie, who works in the front office and lives on site, multiple times and every time he has been extremely helpful,
