Redwood Shelby Township is a neighborhood style appartment living community. Everything is treated the same way a normal appartment would be but in the style of single story home living. I have yet to make a maintenance request but I've never heard any complaints from other residents about the maintenance team, everyone always has good things to say about them. I've dealt with Lonnie, who works in the front office and lives on site, multiple times and every time he has been extremely helpful,
