It's a family atmosphere, very comfortable. Stacy the manager lives on property and is very friendly. Sonny the maintenance director is amazing and takes care of any issues with lightning speed!

Redwood Lake Wylie is an excellent place to live. It's a clean and well-maintained community. The staff of leasing agents and maintenance are friendly and professional. Most important, the units are all one-level --- no second floors! I have a two car garage, which I'm used to; I have the feel of a house without any of the responsibilities of an owner. I live in an elegant community. Lastly, it's as if they hand-picked my neighbors and other residents!

My experience at Redwood has been far more positive than I expected, particularly in an apartment complex. This is primarily true of the assistance in attention to issues from Stacey. She has always been attentive to any concerns that I have had and has made sure that any problems were corrected promptly. I can recommend Redwood from many aspects including the friendliness of the neighbors, the camaraderie of the frequent events sponsored by the leasing staff, and the location of this community.

Visited family at Redwood Lake Wylie and all I can say is WOW what a beautiful place to live. While out for a dog walk I got to meet the property manager who was super sweet and genuinely cared about the tenants who live here! If I was looking to move to Lake Wylie I would definitely look into Redwood Lake Wylie!!

Stacy was a delight to lease with!! Amazing customer service and there from start of the process till the move in and has been readily available!!! She even visited just to see how we were getting settled in! Can’t say enough about the response of staff and they way they made me feel welcome in my new home!!!!!!
