The manager Kristen does an amazing job looking out for her residents and going above and beyond the bare minimum expectations. Redwood is more than just another apartment complex. It really feels like a home with some awesome neighbors.

We moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far, we really like it. The homes do not feel like apartments; they are very quiet and spacious. While rent may seem high, I feel like the exchange for the non-apartment feel of single story open floor plans with attached garage is worth it. Plus, it is a pet friendly community (and I’m hoping they get a dog park put in soon)! Kristen, the leasing agent and property manager, has been communicative and helpful. We love Wilson - who maintains the properties.

We have lived here since mid-August. From the moment we made our appointment to view the property we have been pleased with the responsiveness of the staff. The unit is spacious with plenty of storage. We also love having a garage again and the ability to BBQ on our own patio. This is the perfect spot to feel like you have your own home without the hassle of maintenance. I can see us living here for many years.
