Excellent customer service. Melissa, the manager, is always helpful and very courteous. She is very thorough and explains things very well. She is patient and explains the various clauses in the lease. I work with Melissa because I am the POA for a friend. She has been very compassionate in dealing with my friend, who lost his spouse of 58 years. We first came to Redwood Wooster when looking for short-term leasing and Melissa was truly amazing.
