We’ve lived here for about six years. Our experience has been great in every way. Tina, the property manager, has always been very helpful, friendly, polite and respectful. It is comforting to know that the property is being well managed and that the rules are enforced fairly. Needed maintenance issues have been taken care of very promptly. Maintenance personnel are trained, polite, friendly, and efficient. The outside facility and appearance has been always been kept up and looking nice.

Rentals that have these amenities are very hard to find. Everything is on one level with an attached garage. Tina, the property manager, has always been very friendly and helpful on any issue that we have had and handled it promptly. Maintenance issues addressed courteously and promptly. The rental units are very nice and would highly recommend. Recently, we had a leak with our kitchen faucet and it was taken care of promptly.
