I am so thankful for this past year at Redwood. Tera has been more than accommodating to our personal needs. She is very charismatic and goes the extra mile in serving us. She is like family to us and always greets us with a smile. Josh Lockhart has been amazing when it comes to our maintenance needs. There has never been room for frustration in his timeliness. I would recommend Redwood to anyone who needs a break from the everyday hustle of home maintenance and who loves a friendly community.

My husband and I love our home at Redwood Sugarcreek. I call it a home because it never feels like apartment living. Being older folks, the lay out and convenience of our home makes each day easier to manage. Tera is an excellent Manager of properties and Josh is the best at coming to the rescue of any maintenance issue. He is always kind and very patient, and does a great job. We are very happy in our new home.

Stopped in to inquire about an apartment and was greeted by a woman by the name of Tera. I was in a bit of a jam and she took the time to listen and gave us a quick tour. It was Thanksgiving week and she knew I wanted nothing more but to be moved in before my two boys came home for Christmas from the U.S. Army.
