Coming this spring: Redwood Living, Inc. to open new neighborhood in DeWitt
Independence, Ohio – March 12, 2021 – One hundred new single-story apartments are under construction in DeWitt, Mich., as part of the 24th apartment neighborhood in the state developed by Ohio-based Redwood Living, Inc.
Each of the seven floor plans available at Redwood DeWitt will include two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unlike traditional apartment complexes, Redwood’s signature design includes single-story open floor plans, attached two-car garages and private entrances with dedicated street addresses.
Apartment homes at Redwood DeWitt will range from 1,326 to 1,709 square feet and monthly rent will start at $1,674.
