We have lived here since February and recently had a plumbing leak for which we requested a repair. Todd is the superintendent at our complex. He called on us the next day and found the cause right away. He had the leak fixed by 4 pm and was very glad to take care of our problem then followed up the next day to be sure that it was properly sorted out. We are very grateful for his prompt assistance.
